Club Description

Mindfulness strategies have helped me through times when I felt stressed and anxious. Interested students are invited to join and practice various activities to develop awareness of their thoughts, senses, and surroundings. We will occasionally practice simple restorative yoga poses to unwind from a long day of sitting at our desks. Students will not be asked to discuss their problems or causes of stress but will simply be present to learn techniques for managing them.
