Congratulations to Ee, at this time, he joined the SST Congress International Congress on Science, Technology, and Technology-based Innovation, co-organized by the Science Society of Thailand and Chulalongkorn University.
He conducted this research to investigate the antioxidant potential of the Santhol tree (Sandoricum Koetjape) by extracting the leaves. The leaves were extracted using chemical solvents such as methanol and ethyl acetate.
His work provides the first documented evidence of strong antioxidant activity highlighting its potential as a natural source of bioactive compounds to help combat oxidative stress-related diseases.
