Introduction of New SPIP Uniform and Pre-order Information

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inform you of an important update regarding the purchase of school uniforms
and PE kits for the upcoming academic year 2025–2026. This includes all the students and
also year 10 students which will be changing the color of PE Shirt next year.

Starting from the next academic year, SPIP will no longer allow the purchase of uniforms and
PE kits directly at the school. Instead, all items must be pre-ordered online.

Pre-order Period:
April 30, 2025 – May 7, 2025

Pick up date:

– Key Stage 3 – For year 7 on August 18, 2025 from 09:00–11:00
– Key Stage 3 – For year 8 and year 9 on August 18, 2025 from 13:00–15:00
– Key Stage 4 – For year 10 and year 11 on August 19, 2025 from 09:00–11:00
– Key Stage 5 – For year 12 and year 13 on August 19, 2025 from 13:00–15:00

We kindly encourage all families to plan ahead and place an order for uniforms and PE kits
sufficient for the entire school year during the April – May pre-order window.

Your cooperation is greatly appreciated to help ensure a smooth and organized start to the
new academic year.
