Club Description
The benefits of developing body awareness are many: better focus, improved well-being and self-regulation, better coordination and physical performance. In this club, students will practice different exercises aimed at increasing their understanding of their own body and the way it moves in space. Through movement, focused attention on physical sensations, but also anatomical illustrations, students will be able to link experiential and academic knowledge of the human body. Students will also have an opportunity to try to put their felt sense into words.
