Students learning outcomes

Students will gain healthy habits and become aware of the importance of their posture and how it is influenced by their lifestyle. Students will learn what exercises help to release muscle strain caused by sitting in front of computers for a long time.

Club Description

Students will change to PE uniform and practice various exercises to strengthen muscle core, stretch and relax after a hard school day.
